Experience. Compassion. Diligence.

Elyza Parvonne Heraldez founded Heraldez Law PC out of a desire to help advocate for the people. Throughout her career defending corporations, Elyza witnessed the hardships that employees face in the workplace and knew that her time was better spent helping those who needed a voice.

Elyza is an experienced litigator, whose practice centers around all facets of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, unlawful discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower actions, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, wage and hour litigation, including class and representative action lawsuits, and unfair competition.

Elyza practices both in state and federal court and also before such tribunals as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Civil Rights Department, and the California Department of Industrial Relations.

The years Elyza has spent defending and advising employers provide her with unique insight into the positions and strategies companies and their attorneys take in litigation. This experience allows Elyza the ability to craft a unique and effective approach in each of her cases in order to obtain justice for her clients.

In her spare time, Elyza enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, traveling, and trying new foods!
